What you will do:

In this position you will help support our Direct Support Professionals in their day-to-day work, giving personal focus to everyone we serve.

-You will protect our individuals by providing supports for unusual incidents, medications, and health needs

-ensuring necessary coverage on the schedule.

-work in the house with a consistent schedule providing quality care on shift

-primary contact for concerns in house and with client, accountable for outcomes of care

The requirement for this position is willingness to continue to improve upon yourself and always be willing to listen and learn.

We would expect cross-training among different houses to get exposure to what we offer.

Must have high school diploma equivalent, undergo a detailed background check, have at least two years experience supporting others with personal care, and at least 1 year supporting or supervising employees

  • Supportive and empathetic attitude
  • Your skills and expertise with people with disabilities
  • Desire to learn more and attend trainings
  • Be 18 years of age and have a HS diploma or equivalent
  • Have a reliable transportation and license
  • Willingness to complete background check and participate in orientation
