More Than a Ride
Transportation through Strive isn't just about getting from one place to another. It's about community access, independence, and connection. We help individuals get to work, medical appointments, social activities, and wherever else life takes them.
Our transportation services are available to individuals on Ohio Medicaid HCBS waivers, as well as private pay customers.
Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT)
We provide Non-Emergency Medical Transportation to individuals who need help getting to medical appointments. Our drivers are trained to assist individuals with disabilities, and our fleet includes wheelchair-accessible vehicles.
Who Can Use Our Transportation?
Transportation services are available to:
- Individuals on Ohio Medicaid waivers (IO, Level One, SELF)
- Participants in Ohio DODD county board programs
- Private pay customers (arrangements can be made)
Transportation is funded through waiver benefits, broker contracts, and direct billing — we'll help you understand your coverage.
